MONTREAL, June 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- XMT Liquidations Inc. ("XMT"), the court appointed liquidator of 6356095 Canada Inc. (formerly Excapsa Software Inc.), announces that it intends to pay a US $5 million capital gains dividend to registered shareholders for which a clearance certificate has been received from Canada Revenue Agency.
